An Educational + Experiential Workshop on Anger, Stress & Your Nervous System
Are you tired of feeling frustrated that you’re… frustrated?
Do you promise yourself you’ll “be nice” only to snap, and say something you regret; like yelling at the kids, snapping at your spouse, or losing your cool at work?
For years, I carried a heavy shame around my anger. But guilt and willpower weren’t enough to change me.
What finally helped was understanding what was underneath my anger: chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation. Suppressing it only made things worse, what worked was finding real tools to bring myself back into balance.
Now, while I still have my moments (haha), anger no longer defines me. I’m softer, more relaxed, and more in tune with my body and stress levels. And I’d love to support you in creating that shift too.
What to Expect
In this 60-minute online workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn why the most common root of anger is chronic or unaddressed stress
  • Discover a method to address the cause of anger, not just the symptoms
  • Experience nervous system regulation + stress reduction techniques firsthand
  • Walk away with 3–4 proven tools you can use in real time when stress or anger flares up

How We’ll Work Together
This is a participation-heavy workshop. Please come prepared to:

  • Have your camera on
  • Share and connect with the group
  • Learn in community (because it’s in being seen + heard that shame starts to dissolve)

You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh insight into your anger, and a sense of relief that you don’t have to “white-knuckle” your way into being calmer—it’s something you can practice and rewire.
