Taught by Brandy Benton, MSOD
When anxiety takes over, it can feel like you’re stuck on one side of a bridge — looking at the thing you want, but unable to move toward it.
Maybe you’ve gotten so consumed by the experience of anxiety — the jitters, the nausea, the overthinking, the constant bracing — that you’ve forgotten what you actually want.

You like your work.
You want connection.
You want to create.
You want to show up fully.

But instead of moving toward what matters, you find yourself shrinking, shutting down, avoiding, or simply enduring the discomfort.

What if there were another option — something between suffering and making your life smaller?

In this one-hour experiential workshop, I’ll introduce you to a powerful embodied framework for crossing the bridge from contraction into aliveness. You’ll explore how anxiety shows up in your body, why it blocks forward movement, and what actually allows you to move toward what you desire without forcing or fighting yourself.

This is not mindset work. It's overcoming anxiety through the nervous system.

This is an experiential session. Come ready to participate.
Please:
• Have your camera on
• Be open to sharing and engaging
• Bring a pen and paper
Let’s stop standing at the edge of the bridge. 💛
