Welcome to our spiritual yoga group!
Our purpose is to come together and practice with so much heart and consciousness that our life is completely transformed into LOVE and JOY!
Both men and women are welcome, individually or together, and we will be studying and sharing experiences that are meant to help us get more in touch with our sensuality and our true self, and in this way become able to enjoy life to its fullest and transform ourselves accordingly!

Hatha Yoga evening - Leith, Edinburgh
Soma Yoga Centre, 14/2 Poplar Lane, Leith Links, Edinburgh, GBJoin us on a calming Hatha Yoga late evening in Leith every week for one full hour. As participants you will be guided through the practice of various ancient Hatha Yoga poses. No previous experience is necessary.
Each weekly evening covers a set of thematic Asanas or Hatha Yoga poses. We begin every time with a 10-minutes specific Yogic set of warming-up exercises. Please make sure you can arrive in time for that.
Among the various themes we may also explore present moment anchoring, stress relief, living an encompassing heartful perspective, and cultivating inner balance. Our group is offered in a safe, inclusive and suportive space.
