Our purpose is to come together and practice with so much heart and consciousness that our life is completely transformed into LOVE and JOY!
Both men and women are welcome, individually or together, and we will be studying and sharing experiences that are meant to help us get more in touch with our sensuality and our true self, and in this way become able to enjoy life to its fullest and transform ourselves accordingly!

Starting with this September we are having a New 2026 beginners group with our Esoteric Yoga course. A thorough hands-on course where the fundamentals of traditional yogic teachings contained in various cornerstone ancient treatises and the application of these teachings are shared with you.
The enourmous information available within this course spreads over a large range of topics approached in various Yoga paths. We may say this Esoteric Yoga course is a unique synthesis of various forms of Yoga, making it a specialized integral esoteric yoga course that includes knowledge on Tantra Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gupta Maha Sidha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga.Structure of the course
The Esoteric Yoga course is structured over academic years of study and practice. Each weekly class lasts about 2 hours and includes both theory and practice. Printed handouts are given for further study, after each yoga class.Effects of attending the yoga course

Hatha Yoga evening - Leith, Edinburg
SOMA YOGA SCOTLAND, SOMA YOGA SCOTLAND, 14 Poplar Ln, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 7HD, UK, Edinburgh, GBJoin us for a calming late-evening Hatha Yoga class in Leith every week for one full hour. As participants you will be guided through the practice of various ancient Hatha Yoga poses. No previous experience is necessary.
Each weekly evening covers a set of thematic Asanas or Hatha Yoga poses. We begin every time with a 10-minute specific Yogic set of warm-up exercises. Please make sure you can arrive in time for that.
Through our Hatha Yoga sessions one becomes anchored into the present moment, daily stress is waived, an encompassing heartful perspective emerges, and the inner balance is cultivated. Our group is offered in a safe, inclusive and supportive space.
