WALK ROUTE:
Join me on a picturesque circular walk from The New Inn at Dowlish Wake to Ilminster, through the Dillington estate and then return through the hamlets of Whitelackington and Kingstone.
There are many fab photo opportunities, interesting buildings (including the beautifully formed Dillington House) and some stunning views along the way.
Please arrive at 10.15 for a 10.30 getaway.
The pub has kindly agreed to open up at 10.15 for anyone wanting to use the toilets.
PARKING:
Parking is available in the The New Inn car park opposite the pub.
Please consider car sharing if possible.

FOOD AND DRINK:
As we are intending to eat after the walk there won't be a 'lunch stop' half way around but as we will passing the estate cafe at that point we could stop briefly for a comfort break!
When signing up for the walk please answer the question asking if you want to have lunch afterwards. The food pricing is very reasonable with roasts around £13. The menu will be available soon to make your choice.

DOGS:
There are a number of stiles that are impassible for dogs so smaller dogs would need lifting over. And leads required near livestock and areas where requested.

£1 fee is payable on the day and this is to help towards the subscription fee for use of the Meet Up App.

If bad weather is forecast, the walk will be cancelled the day before.
If the weather is horrendous on the day it will be cancelled on the morning of the walk, by 8:00 am
