5.5 South Cadbury Circular with optional Sunday Roast at 13:30

We now have a table booked for 29 people at the pub (this is the maximum they can cater for). There are 3 places left - if you haven't said you want to stay for a roast - please message me. It will be on a first come basis.

Ed is planning and leading this walk. We will head south towards Corton Denham, then come back along 'the ridge' to a place called Girt, at 196m, it is the beacon with good views. Then back to 'the castle'. If we back early we can have a good look at the castle as it right next to the car park.

We will meet at 10:15am to get 'kitted up' for departure at 10:30am. Please car share where possible so we can all fit in the Cadbury Castle Car Park. When parking, we can block each other in to maximise space.

Following the walk, there will be a debrief at The Camelot Pub and an optional roast dinner if you wish to join. The cost of the roast will be £16 (inc £1 tip). They have asked for a preorder but are unable to let me know what meats and veggie option they will be serving until next Thursday (15th) so I will send a message out requesting orders from all those who say yes to the meal.

£1 fee is payable on the day and this is to help towards the subscription fee for use of Meet Up App
