Storage Container Cleaning and Painting

This is an unusual event, because this is an unusual project.
The Conservancy needs about 10 adults (18+) to help prepare a 40' steel shipping container that we have had delivered near the Dog Park and will be using for storage. We plan to sand, power wash and paint the container. (In photo above, John Sowell, right, who is overseeing the project, is trying to unbend the sides -- hey, it was donated!). The next day, Sunday, as part of Trail Work, we will be building a foundation for the container nearby, though we may start this work on Saturday.) Wear clothes for painting. We provide gloves, water, and insect repellant.
