Cancelled! Wildflower Sculpture Park Opening Reception

Due to incoming weather this weekend, we are postponing the opening of the WSP new season and holding our reception on Sunday, September 27th from 3-5 PM.

The Wildflower Sculpture Park invites you to the opening of this year’s project, Root System, a collaborative, site-responsive exploration of roots, rhizomes, and interconnected systems of life.

Curatorial and artist talk will begin at 3:30pm. Light refreshments will be served.

Artists were encouraged to consider how ecological networks within the South Mountain Reservation connect to community, history, and ancestry, and to propose work that engages themes of resilience, symbiosis, and environmental stewardship.
