Candlelight Drum & Yoga Circle

Come refresh yourself by candlelight with a guided drum & yoga circle.
Please bring your yoga mat, and anything else for your comfort, such as pillows, blankets, water, etc.

A few extra hand-held 10” Remo frame drums will be available. Yoga style will be restorative, focusing on lengthening, breathing and releasing. First-timers for drumming and/or yoga are welcome!

Please arrive by 3:45p to permit a prompt 4:00p start time for our gathering. $20 at the door.
