About us
Our group plays pickup ultimate throughout the year, and runs a summer league as well. We are open to everyone and are happy to teach the sport to anyone who shows up!

Sonoma County Ultimate Frisbee
Location not specified yetWelcome to our Ultimate Frisbee Summer League! For the first two weeks we are running a COMPLETELY FREE pickup session, where we'll teach the rules and get you up to speed on the sport of ultimate frisbee. From there we'll transition to our 8 week summer league, where you'll be put on the same team for the rest of the season.
Where: Twin Creeks Park, Rohnert Park
When: Thursdays, 7-8:30 (feel free to show up early to get warmed up, we'll be out there by 6:30)- 6/4 and 6/11: Pickup and Potluck- we'll teach the sport/strategy and introduce you to everyone. Feel free to bring some food or a bevvy
- 6/18 - 7/30 (no 7/2): Regular Season play
- 8/6 - 8/13 : PLAYOFFS (must register by regular season end to qualify)
