Who are Sophisticated Eaters and Drinkers of South Florida?

  1. We're a diverse group of singles and couples who reside in either Palm Beach or Broward counties, coming together for the joy of eating, drinking, learning, and sharing our travel and dining experiences. We're only "sophisticated" in that we recognize quantity and expect nothing less from our drinks or meals.

2. We order entrees when we dine together.

  1. Sharing our food with others does not mean we pay more than the price of our purchases.

4. Separate checks will always be issued wherever we eat.

5. We leave political and religious discussions to other meetup groups and our friends, neighbors, and family members outside the group.

6. We limit our phone use when we're together and focus on eating and socializing.

7. We happily pay our food and beverage tab with a reasonable tip.

NOTE: The revised waitlist policy on the group's main page guarantees admission to every event, even if you are "stuck" on a waitlist.
