Learn a calming meditation technique that invites you to step away from the noise of the external world and turn inward. Through guided practice, you'll learn how to withdraw your attention from daily distractions and reconnect with a deep sense of peace and balance within yourself.
Unlimited spiritual love and wisdom lie within us. When we begin meditating, we can tap into this inner resource and experience our true nature. We begin to see life and everything around us from a new angle of vision. Let's gather for a relaxing session of guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness and spiritual awareness. Beginner Meditation: 10 am to 11 am
In-Depth Meditation: 11.15 am to 12.30 pm
All are welcome.
