In the month of March our Series will be focused on: Build Meditative Skills: Take your meditation to a deeper level.
Engaging the senses, or “sensory stimulation,” has been shown to
reduce anxiety, increase concentration and get you out of your head.
This can also slow your thoughts and bring you into the present
moment.
Let's gather for a relaxing session of guided meditation to cultivate
mindfulness and spiritual awareness. This event is a wonderful
opportunity to connect with others who value meditation, and
spirituality in our community.
