About us
Pause. Take a moment. Breathe.
Hi, I’m Sonia, founder of Soul Breath, a space for individual and collective transformation. We guide you to reconnect with yourself, each other, and the world around you.
My approach bridges energy psychology, transgenerational analysis, somatic work, and consciousness to help you recognise and release limiting patterns, shift perception, and access a more expansive reality.
In many ways, we can feel disconnected from ourselves, fragmented, and uncertain, in a world that often values external expectations over inner alignment. Through guided inner work, meditation, breathwork and movement, we uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints that shape our reality, make the unconscious conscious, and reconnect with the different layers of our experience.
This work brings together emotional and nervous system regulation, and deeper exploration of the unconscious, including transgenerational dynamics, to support transformation and expansion in the present.
Our group is a space to explore that process together, through diverse and evolving formats, online and in person. Regular sessions are offered throughout the week, alongside occasional themed gatherings and presence circles, where the collective space supports shared inner work.
You don’t need any prior experience. We meet where you are, with care, presence, and without judgment.
If this resonates with you, let's connect!
Sonia

Morning Soul · Midweek Reset
·OnlineOnlineMorning Soul offers a 30-minute morning practice to pause, reconnect, and start the day with presence.
A midweek reset to realign our energy. Wednesdays carry a natural momentum to pause and redirect.
Through breathwork and guided meditation, we notice what has built up since the beginning of the week, let it shift, and realign with where we are heading.
Each month, the practice follows a theme, attuned to the energy of the month. In October, we expand our capacity to receive: making room, opening, resting, and letting ourselves be supported.
Open to all levels, whether new to these practices or already experienced.Wednesdays — 8:00 to 8:30 · Online from Zürich
Looking forward to sharing this space together,
Sonia 🤍Let's care about each other! If you cannot attend anymore, please be so kind as to update your attending status, thanks!

Natural Rhythms · Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
IKIGAI Studio Zürich - atelier for posture and bodywork, Hornbachstrasse 23, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland, Zürich, ZH, CHNatural Rhythms · Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
As autumn settles in, nature reminds us to slow down and listen to the rhythms that move us.
Join us for a gentle journey combining yin yoga, conscious breathing and meditation. A moment to pause, breathe and simply be.
We begin with Yin Yoga, a different kind of space, where we can soften, settle into our bodies and simply observe, without needing to achieve anything. Then the breath becomes a doorway, into the body and into a wider state of consciousness. Meditation follows, carried by music: we reconnect with presence, with the energy of the heart, with who we already are.
