Why do some people make us feel calm, safe, and connected while others leave us feeling anxious, guarded, or unsure?
In our first event, we will explore attachment styles – the patterns we bring into dating and relationships based on our past experiences.
You will get a short, easy-to-understand overview of the four styles (secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized), then we will open the circle for conversation.
Together we will share stories from our own dating and relationship journeys, reflect on what we have learned, and uncover ways we can grow toward healthier, more secure connections.
This is not about labeling ourselves or staying stuck in a box. It is about understanding why we show up the way we do, learning from each other, and using that insight to create better relationships in the future.
- A clearer understanding of your own and others’ attachment styles
- Practical insight into how to grow into the kind of partner you want to be
- A deeper sense of self-awareness and personal growth

It is a conscious space for singles who want more than small talk. We come together to share openly, learn from each other’s experiences, and grow into the kind of partners we want to be.
