Ecstatic Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Healing

This 3-hour Workshop features an array of healing modalities designed to facilitate a state of deep relaxation, through a seamless flow of Somatic movement*, Breathwork and Sound Healing.

During the course of the Workshop, you will experience:

• Opening Circle Intention setting and Meditation
• Healing and Integrative Breathwork modalities
• Ecstatic Yoga and Somatic Flow
• 432 Hz Crystal Bowls Sound Bath and Gong Healing Frequencies
• Reiki Healing
• Offerings of gluten & dairy free organic chocolate
• Integration Sharing & Closing Circle
• Personalized readings

Born of the combined energy and inspiration of Dr. Bianca Hur, a Clinical Psychologist, and Sophie Anne, a Certified Sound healer, Reiki master and Breathwork facilitator, this unique workshop is designed to activate a flow of energy, while allowing a harmonious release of what no longer serves you. This in turn helps alleviate stress and anxiety, allowing trust and surrender to help integrate pain and fear, bringing in a renewed, positive life-enhancing energy.

Light snacks will be served, as well as microdose-infused organic gluten & dairy free dark chocolate offerings, made exclusively for our workshop.

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal to set intentions, a light blanket, socks, optional head pillow. Event will be indoors, with access to a park.

• The suggested donation for this event is $50-$70. While this is a suggested amount, and of course adaptable to your current possibilities, please keep in mind that your donations make it possible for us to continue offering these community workshops :).
