Wellness & Serenity Sound Bath

The Wellness and Serenity Sound Bath is now Bi-weekly, every other Thursday starting January 15.
Let's get a blissful start for the New Year with this Crystal Bowl sound bath facilitated by Sophie Anne, a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer and Breathwork facilitator. This Sound Bath session includes gentle Breathwork, Intention setting and Integration.
We will begin with Intention setting followed by Breathwork, and relax into a blissful, healing Sound session infused with Reiki energy.
Please bring a yoga mat, a journal to set intentions, a blanket, socks, and optional head pillow. The idea is to keep the body comfortable and warm so you can relax to the experience.
This will be a donation based event with a suggested amount of $25-$50.
