Traditional yoga taught by former Tibetan Buddhist monk Balto Sultimov.
His journey in yoga began at 25 years old when he was paralyzed on half of his body due to a stroke, where a local coach taught yoga twice a day in which Balto committed himself to 2.5 months of daily practice leading to reversing all of the damage from the stroke and achieving full recovery.
This experience brought him to go to Rishikesh India, a place considered the "Birthplace of Yoga" and "Yoga Capital of the World."
Balto teaches about the subtle fascia muscle, basic yoga posture, and a traditional series of asanas . His philosophy is in gentle feeling and easing into stretches rather than forcefulness.
