Join us for a hands-on fly tying workshop where we’ll turn feathers, fur, thread, and a little creativity into some serious trout candy.

This workshop is about more than learning how to tie a fly. Fly tying gives us a new lens to the environment—helping us understand the insects trout feed on, the waters they live in, seasonal changes, and the connection between healthy habitat and healthy fisheries.

Whether you’re completely new to fly tying or looking to sharpen your skills, expect an atmosphere built around learning, conservation, and fun. We’ll explore basic tying techniques, talk about why particular patterns work, and begin connecting what’s happening at the vise to what’s happening on the water.

Along the way, we’ll also talk about conservation and stewardship—because learning to imitate aquatic insects naturally leads to understanding why clean water, healthy streams, and responsible angling matter.
