Living in the eternal now with SoulCollage®

Come join us for a night of meditation, conversation, and creation as we explore mindful time perception. We’ll discuss techniques we can use to increase our awareness of this moment, and how to lean into the present more fully, while cultivating a deeper understanding of the non-linear aspects of time. We’ll also take a look at the Time-Space tarot card energy (also known as the Aeon, card XX in some tarot decks).

We’ll practice restful alertness in a group and see how that can lead to stress reduction and clarity. Using SoulCollage® as a guide, we’ll create personal tarot cards that express our relationship to time, our current life situations, and the world that surrounds us.

By drawing focus to our perception of time, we can see how to integrate the things we’ve learned in the past, while shaping our future. We’ll discuss how to be open to whatever happens and become more aware of opportunities as they appear to us. And we’ll share our ideas about time and techniques for living in the here and now.

No prior art experience or tarot knowledge is required.

All card making materials and art supplies and tea will be provided. Bring a notebook and a pen to take notes. If you've made SoulCollage® cards before, bring them too.
