Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to relieve stress, support emotional resilience, and increase vitality. It can also help release old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unexpressed emotions. Even a single session can create powerful and lasting shifts.
The practice allows us to reconnect with all aspects of ourselves, nourishing our sense of wholeness, enriching our relationships, and expanding our capacity to experience life more fully in the present moment.
Breathwork is not about working hard, forcing, or manipulating results. Rather, it’s about opening ourselves to receive healing, guidance, and support in ways we may not be able to imagine with the rational mind.

What to bring:
• yoga mat
• blanket or sleeping bag
• small pillow
• eye cover
• bottle of water
A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow if needed. Chairs are also available.
Please refrain from heavy food at least 30 minutes before the workshop.
Not suitable for children under 18.

We’ll begin with awareness and intention setting. After a brief introduction to the practice, we’ll breathe for about 60 minutes. We’ll close with self-care suggestions and the opportunity to share or ask questions.
