What we’re about

Soulful Breathwork is a simple form of conscious breathing that heals and rejuvenates physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Breathing continuously, for an extended period of time, in a fully supported and safe environment, causes deep relaxation and facilitates the safe release of physical and emotional energy stored in the body. The method is gentle but extremely effective because it activates the intrinsic intelligence of the body to heal and generate cumulative and permanent change. Soulful Breathwork is an excellent tool for self-discovery, often leading to a more integrated and authentic experience of self and increased compassion toward self and others. Join us and transform your life!

Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to relieve stress, harmonize emotions and increase vitality. It can also help to release old pain, grief, anger, fear or other unexpressed emotions. A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and permanent results.

The practice allows us to reclaim and reconnect with all aspects of ourselves, thus nourishing our sense of wholeness, enriching our relationships and expanding our capacity to experience life more fully at any moment.

More about the Benefits of Soulful Breathwork:

The healing available through breathwork is uniquely tailored to each person and depends on the concern which is most ‘ripe’ for the person to address at any particular moment.

Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced in Soulful Breathwork include:

    • stress or anxiety relief
    • peace of mind and mental clarity
    • emotional healing or release
    • continuing self development
    • spiritual connection, integration and wholeness.

Breathwork is not about working hard, forcing or manipulating results. Rather, it’s about opening ourselves to receive healing, guidance and support in ways we may not be able to imagine with our rational and logical mind.

What we receive in breathwork is always timely and appropriate, even if it may be surprising at first. In this way, breathwork also helps us cultivate trust in the healing intelligence of our own body and trust in the world around us.
