Guided Meditation & Community Social 🧘✨
Looking to hit the pause button and connect with some great people? Join me for an evening of mindfulness mixed with good old-fashioned fellowship. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just curious about sitting in stillness, you’re welcome here!
🕒 The Schedule
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Early Arrival & Soft Start (Come settle in, grab a tea, and chat)
- 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Guided Meditation (A relaxed session focused on grounding and presence)
- 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Fellowship & Social Hour (Stay for conversation and community)
📍 When & Where
Thursday, May 21st
The "official" session runs from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM-ish, but our doors are open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for those who want extra time to connect.
💰 Energy Exchange
This event is donation-based but RSVP required. We suggest a contribution of $15, but please give what feels right for you at the space or venmo @KMumma. Your support helps make these gatherings possible!
✅ What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing
- A water bottle
- An open heart (and a friend, if you’d like!)
- Optional: We have some mats and seating, but feel free to bring your favorite cushion or yoga mat if you prefer.
