The Soul Healing Haven is a Grass Roots Style Space for Yoga, Meditation, Sound, Art and More since 2016. We host Free Donation Based And Reservation Classes. Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided. Doors Open 15 minutes Before class. RSVP SoulHealingHaven.net
The foundation of our practice is to come together, as a community of like-minded beings. To practice together, while we journey on our own paths. To Heal Honestly and to Accept Radically, wherever we are on the path of life. Acknowledging all the aspects of Deep Healing and holding Safe Space for All Souls to Heal Together.
Classes can include physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual work. By integrating all aspects, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependence of all these aspects, as well as the importance of combining practices for personal health and wellbeing.

::: Details ::: Class begins with palo santo smudge and breathwork. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration.
::: Doors Open 15min before event::: Class starts on time, please plan ahead ***No Late Entry*** Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided, you can bring an eye mask if you would like. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably.
