((Sound Healing Meditation)) Full Moon Special Event

Healing through Donation Based Community Sound Meditation. Class begins with sage or palo santo smudge and breathwork. Since we are celebrating the Full Moon we will spend some time illuminating and shedding loving light on that which is seeking to be seen. We will write down anything that comes up which is asking for attention, bringing light to anything we may want to release and set free. At the end of the sound healing we will burn these offerings, setting intentions for lovingly letting go of that which may no longer be serving us.
Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the Full Moon and to give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration.

Doors Open at 11:45am. Space is first come first serve. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are lovingly provided, bring an eye mask if you would like to. *Practicing fairness to all, if you find you will be more than 10min late, kindly attend next time. *Please note Doors may or may not be Closed at 12:05pm*. In the loving spirit of self-care, kindly take into account the weather, and please dress comfortably.
