⭐Doors Open 12:15 pm: Class starts on time, please plan ahead ⛔No Late Entry⛔ Class begins with palo santo smudge and breathwork. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided, bring an eye mask if you want. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably.
