Class begins with palo santo smudge and deep breathing. I briefly introduce the theme and we spend an hour or so creating and expressing. Please Note this space is meant to provide an opportunity to express and connect. This is not a teacher/leader style class. Each class will vary in Art form/Craft/etc. Class will close with group clean-up and sharing of your project if desired.

Art and craft supplies are lovingly provided! Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided for comfort. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably✨Doors Open 15min before event. Class starts on time, please plan ahead✨No Late Entry as to Honor All✨
