About us

Soulkai is where you can be messy, honest, curious, and still belong. Because you’re ready to stop holding your breath and praying that eventually you’ll be fixed.

Whether you’re exploring microdosing, preparing for a ceremonial journey, integrating past experiences, or simply feeling called to understand yourself more deeply, welcome, I think you’ll like it here.

At the heart of Soulkai is the belief that most of us don’t need to be fixed, we need to learn how to feel safely in our own bodies and in front of others who can hold us in our humanness.

We support people who are deeply self-aware, who know their patterns, who have done the “healing work”… yet still feel stuck and dissastisfied. Through emotional alchemy (like turning emotions into play and creation), somatic practices (think dance and free flowing movement), intentional connection, and psychedelic integration, we help people move what’s been trapped in the body so they can stop living old stories and start choosing differently.

This isn’t about becoming someone entirely new, because we truly don’t believe that’s the point. It’s about finally being confident in who you already are and living more from joy.

###

✻ WHAT WE OFFER ✻
Soulkai weaves together:

  • Psychedelic education & harm reduction so you can use these tools safely to focus and amplify your intention
  • Trauma-informed, somatic practices so you can learn how to use the body as a guide toward what’s best for you rather than over-analyzing every decision you make
  • Emotional processing & integration so you can rewire and reset old habits and beliefs and create lifestyle shifts that feels sustainable and not like an overhaul
  • Relational healing & authentic connection so you can form real, honest, and deeply fulfilling relationships that both expand you, heal you, and let you be yourself at the same time

Our programs support people who are curious about consciousness, exploring the potential of psychedelics, or seeking safe, grounded and directive guidance for microdosing, integration, and emotional embodiment.

###

✻ OUR VALUES ✻
We center education, safety, consent, and emotional integrity.

Soulkai is a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can reconnect with your emotions, understand the stories driving your life, and step into deeper self-trust and authenticity.

This work supports meaningful change, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically, by helping you feel, move, and integrate what’s been waiting to be expressed that already lives inside of you.

###

✻ HOW SOULKAI BEGAN - LEX'S JOURNEY ✻
Soulkai was created by Lex, a Psychedelic Integration practitioner and somatic guide.

On the outside, Lex’s life looked aligned. She was doing meaningful work, spiritual practices, personal development. But inside she felt emotionally disconnected and stuck in patterns she couldn’t change, no matter how much she “understood” them. She was the queen of self-awareness and almost, so close to who she wanted to be, but not quite.

Through psychedelic experiences, deep emotional work, and embodiment practices, she learned that insight alone wasn’t enough. What changed her life was learning how to feel safely, move emotion through her body, and experience real connection and unconditional love without needing to mask or shove it away.

Soulkai was born from that remembering: to create spaces where people can feel, soften, connect, and come home to themselves with each other. Recognizing that this way of being in this level of relating is what creates next level change.

✻ FREE MONTHLY PSYCHEDELIC & MICRODOSING Q&A ✻
Each month, we host a free, open Q&A at Maya Moon in San Diego — a casual space to explore psychedelics, integration, and emotional embodiment.

We also host a virtual version of this same event - just through the screen rather than IRL.

This gathering is designed to:

  • Answer your questions about microdosing, macrodosing, safety, and legality
  • Share harm reduction and emotional preparation practices and skills
  • Support integration and embodied change
  • Build community and authentic connection around topics like consciousness and the realness of being human

These meetups are for education and conversation only.
For deeper support, 1:1 guidance and group containers are available.

Community & Inclusivity
Soulkai is fully inclusive. Everyone is welcome.
This is a space rooted in consent, emotional safety, and unconditional positive regard.

Psychedelics & Microdosing for Deeper Relationships (in San Diego)

Psychedelics & Microdosing for Deeper Relationships (in San Diego)

Maya Moon Collective, 3349 Adams Avenue, San Diego, CA, US

You’re not here because you’re just curious about psychedelics, you’re here because you’re tired of feeling stuck and looking for a deeper connection to yourself and others.

This monthly Psychedelic Q&A at Maya Moon is an open, casual gathering to explore all things psychedelics, microdosing, ceremonial work, and healing in a way that’s safe, real, and approachable.

Consider this your space to ask the questions you’ve been holding, hear from others, and learn how people are using psychedelic medicine intentionally for growth, healing, and connection.

We'll talk about things like:

  • Microdosing vs. full journeys
  • Healing vs. spiritual vs. creative use
  • Ceremonial work vs. 1:1 support vs. group containers
  • What integration really means (and why it matters)
  • What to expect emotionally and energetically
  • Safety, intention-setting, and harm reduction
  • Legal landscapes & how people are accessing medicine responsibly
  • How to know if you’re “ready”
  • People’s real experiences (I’ll be bringing in special guests to chat as well so you can hear from more than just my perspective)
  • And anything else you’re curious about

Who's this for:

  • You’re curious but cautious
  • You’ve had experiences and want to integrate them
  • You’re exploring medicine for healing, growth, or self-discovery
  • You want real answers, not hype or fear

About your host
I’m Lex — I’m a Psychedelic Integration practitioner, somatic guide, and founder of Soulkai — a relational and emotional embodiment practice devoted to helping people come back into connection with themselves, their bodies, and each other.

At the core of my work is the belief that most of us aren’t broken, we were simply never taught how to feel safely. Through somatic practices, movement, intentional connection, and psychedelic integration, I help people turn emotional insight into lived, embodied change.

I work alongside individuals in both preparatory and integrative spaces around psychedelic experiences, supporting people who are microdosing, exploring ceremony, or engaging in legal psychedelic care to create lives that feel more honest, alive, and connected.

Soulkai is the practice of turning emotion into relationship with yourself, with others, and with life.

This space is rooted in:

  • Consent
  • Safety
  • Harm reduction
  • Emotional honesty
  • And community connection
