Most people enter relationships with a general sense of what they want. Fewer have actually sat down and defined it. This workshop is for the people ready to do that work.
In 60-75 minutes, we will build out your personal framework using three anchors that most dating conversations collapse into one:

What we will cover:

  • The difference between values, standards, and relationship pillars, and why collapsing them creates confusion
  • How to identify your actual core values (not the ones that sound good, the ones visible in your behavior)
  • Why some things you call values are actually needs or standards, and what to do with that distinction
  • How to define your relationship pillars: the non-negotiables for how a partnership has to function
  • A self-grading exercise that surfaces the hypocrisy blind spot most people skip
  • How to prioritize, because you cannot hold 11 non-negotiables and expect clarity

You will leave with:

  • A completed worksheet with your top core values, standards, and relationship pillars defined
  • A clear method for evaluating whether someone's behavior aligns with what you say you need
  • A sharper answer to the question: what do I actually require, and am I living it myself?
  • Practical language to use when assessing compatibility early

Who this is for: People who are dating or re-entering dating and want more clarity before making another investment in the wrong direction. No prior Soulmated event attendance required.

๐Ÿ’ฌ House Rules: Camera on (mandatory). This is a working session, not a webinar. Your participation is the point. What's shared in the meeting stays in the meeting. Vegas Rule applies.
