What we’re about

Welcome to Philosophy Soulspace Circle – Oslo
“For those who want to talk about life’s big questions, meaning, love, and stories.”

Here’s the spirit you’ll find here:

  • Relatable and real: Our topics are universal – intimacy, belonging, vulnerability, love. If you’ve ever felt or wondered about these things, you’ll feel at home.
  • Open for everyone: No special knowledge required. Your experience of being human is more than enough.
  • Warm and welcoming: This is a space for gentle sharing, genuine listening, and kind curiosity – not debate or right answers.
  • Personal exploration: Your stories and feelings are just as welcome as ideas and questions. We learn from each other.

We’ll meet at Noreveien 18, entrance from General Krohgs gate – an old villa in Oslo with a beautiful garden, I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.

Hosted by Patricia Kraft & Lysflora I HUMAN
My name is Patricia Kraft, and it truly warms my heart to invite you into this group. I’m a film director and visual storyteller, but most of all, I’m simply a human being who loves deep conversations about what it means to be alive, to care, and to connect. For more than 15 years I’ve also taught Norwegian, guiding people through the language and, just as often, into the questions of our shared humanity.

About Lysflora I Human
Lysflora Human is a non-commercial initiative created by Lysflora I Studio — a small film and visual storytelling company based in Oslo.
While the studio works with films and creative projects, Lysflora I Human was born from a wish to bring people together in real life — to slow down, listen, and share human stories face to face. These gatherings are open to everyone. There is no agenda, no teaching, and nothing to sell — only presence, honesty, and connection.

ps. Please also visit and subscribe to my other group:
HeartSpace Oslo - Conversations for Deeper Human Connection.
This group focuses even more on the humanistic values like vulnerability, emotional closeness, and relational connections. For those who seek closeness, vulnerability, healing, and genuine emotional connection.

# Philosophy SoulSpace – Sex as the Door to a Man’s Heart – or are there other ways in?

Why do so many men seem to open emotionally only through the body?

Is sex their safest path to tenderness?
We’ll explore how intimacy, touch, and vulnerability intertwine, and whether emotional connection can exist without desire.

Can men and women meet beyond the body—through presence, silence, and being truly seen?

Join us for a vulnerable part-sharing part-conversation about how we acknowledge love, and the different ways a heart learns to open.

What the afternoon will include:
- A short introduction to the theme and the rules of the Soulspace circle.
-A small guided mediation
- With questions everyone will be given space for their personal story, if they wish.
- A warm, safe atmosphere—listening is as important as speaking
- Time for informal tea, discussion, and connection after the circle.

Who is it for?
For seekers of understanding.
For those curious about the patterns that repeat in their relationships.
For anyone who longs to reflect.
Come with curiosity. And leave with a little bit more of insight.

My belief
My belief is that other people's stories and intimate sharing puts us in a vulnerable place which starts a reflection process inside each one of us.

The Location
The location is a lovely villa & garden at Montebello, Oslo, Noreveien 18.
Please take notice! Be 15 minutes earlier. Doors close just before 13:00. Entrance is from General Kroghs vei!

From now on, both Heartspace and Soulspace circles will focus more on sharing and listening, and less on discussion. There will be:
- A short guided meditation to help us arrive in our bodies.
- A theme for each gathering – important as a guiding post – but everyone is free to share whatever feels true in the moment (it doesn’t need to be “on topic”).
- Space for words, but also space for silence.
- Time for informal tea, discussion, and connection after the circle.

There’s no pressure to perform or to have “the right ideas” – you share only what you feel like sharing, and otherwise, we listen together.
I hope you will find time, and an open heart to come and reflect with me on this topic.
