This group is a supportive space for women navigating the emotional ups and downs of trying to conceive. Here, you can:

• Share your personal fertility journey and listen to others' experiences.
• Receive emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Engage with women who understand the complexities of balancing treatments and life, offering support and practical suggestions.

This group is for women who are actively trying for a baby and feel overwhelmed by the process. Whether you've been trying for a few months or longer, are dealing with a diagnosis affecting your fertility, or are navigating IUI/IVF cycles, this group is for you. It provides a safe space to process your journey when sharing with friends or family feels difficult. Currently, the group is for women only to keep the discussions focused and supportive.

What Will We Talk About?

• Personal Fertility Narratives: Sharing and reflecting on your journey and experiences.
• Past Experiences: Discussing beliefs about fertility and any related trauma, like pregnancy loss.
• Body Connection: Exploring how we talk to and about our bodies during this journey.
• Social Context: Understanding the impact of gender stereotypes and cultural beliefs.
• Family and Society: Navigating the pressures from family and society.
• Partnership Dynamics: Discussing the impact of fertility challenges on romantic relationships.
• Life Balance: Finding ways to live fully and not put life on hold while TTC.
• Resource Identification: Exploring further resources and options, such as adoption or assisted reproductive technology (ART).
