- Introduction to OCD and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention): Discover how OCD works and explore effective strategies like ERP to manage it.
- Themes in OCD: Discuss common themes like guilt, doubt, and perfectionism.
- Coping Mechanisms: Learn techniques to reduce rumination, tackle over-responsibility, and fight procrastination.
- Living Beyond OCD: Imagine and plan for a life less controlled by OCD.
- Relapse Prevention: Identify triggers and develop strategies to maintain progress.
