A movement-based, therapist-led workshop that gently guides participants toward deeper self-awareness and emotional balance through Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). This group is for anyone looking to better understand and regulate their emotions through a body-based approach. Whether you are navigating stress, illness, caregiving, trauma, or burnout or simply seeking a new way to connect with yourself this space welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities. Dance experience is not required.
