## What we will explore in this session:

This circle provides a safe and gentle space to openly share what’s been on your mind—stress, frustration, confusion, or any emotions you’ve been carrying. Guided by a therapist, you’ll have time to speak without judgment, reflect on your feelings through simple prompts or activities, and gain clarity about your emotional state. It’s a space designed to help you feel seen, supported, and understood by both the facilitator and other participants

Through sharing and reflection, the circle also fosters connection and belonging, allowing you to hear others’ experiences and realise you’re not alone. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a sense of relief, grounding, and emotional ease, having practiced self-compassion, strengthened your emotional tools, and left the week feeling a little lighter and more connected to yourself and others.
