A therapist-led support space for newly married women and women preparing for marriage to navigate evolving roles, emotional changes, expectations, boundaries, and identity shifts—especially within Indian cultural and family systems. This group offers a safe, understanding environment to process experiences, gain clarity, and build a sense of grounding in this life transition.

- Understanding Emotional & Identity Shifts : Explore how marriage changes your sense of self, emotional needs, routines, and priorities.
- Navigating Roles & Expectations : Reflect on expectations from partner, parents, and in-laws while learning to balance personal needs.
- Strengthening Communication & Relationship Skills : Build tools for honest conversations, emotional expression, and handling conflicts in healthy ways.
- Building Boundaries with Compassion : Learn how to set boundaries in joint or nuclear family setups while maintaining respect and connection.
- Managing Overwhelm, Guilt & Emotional Load : Understand emotional strain, comparison, confusion, and guilt that may arise—and develop coping strategies.
- Creating a Marriage That Feels Like Yours : Gain clarity on what you want your relationship to look and feel like, beyond societal and family expectations.

- Newly Married Women (0–2 years of marriage) : Adjusting to emotional, relational, and identity changes after marriage.
- Soon-to-be Married Women (within 6 months) : Looking for emotional readiness, clarity, and grounding before entering marriage.
- Women in Indian Cultural Context (India or Abroad): Navigating expectations, traditions, and family systems—whether in joint families or nuclear setups.
