Struggling with constant overthinking and mental spirals? Our Overthinking Support Group is a 4-session, therapist-led space to explore overthinking as more than “just a bad habit.” Together, we’ll look at why your mind spirals, how it’s trying to keep you safe, and learn practical tools from mindfulness, IFS, and somatic approaches to relate to your thoughts with more calm, clarity, and compassion.

Goals of the Group:

  • Understanding Overthinking: Learn to see overthinking as a protective response linked to anxiety and fear.
  • Identifying Triggers: Notice what triggers your spirals and what your mind is trying to protect you from.
  • Building Awareness: Develop the ability to observe your thoughts without getting lost in them.
  • Grounding & Regulation: Learn grounding, mindfulness, and somatic tools to gently interrupt spirals.
  • Self-Trust & Clarity: Strengthen confidence in your inner voice and develop practical ways to reduce mental looping.

This group is ideal for chronic overthinkers, worriers, and anyone feeling mentally exhausted from constant thinking and future-oriented anxiety.
