This support group offers a confidential and reflective space for individuals who have committed infidelity to better understand the emotional, relational, and personal factors behind their actions. Through therapist-led discussions, guided reflection, and peer support, participants explore unmet needs, relationship dynamics, guilt, confusion, and future decisions with honesty and compassion rather than shame or judgment.
