With each inhale and exhale, you will paint a single line onto the paper. Some lines may be straight and structured. Others may become soft, curved, spontaneous, or repetitive. After that you will move to the Creative Transformation.

Mamta is a certified Art Therapy Coach whose holistic approach weaves together mindfulness, intuitive painting, meditation, and yogic philosophy.
She further refined her expertise through her professional training as an Ayurveda Therapist & Ayurvedic Psychotherapist.As a traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher, she brings depth and authenticity to her work, enriched by the generational wisdom passed down through her Indian roots.
