Reiki Level I through Colorado Free University: a full day of hands-on learning where you'll leave with the knowledge, the practice, and your Level I certification.

Materials fee ($6.00) paid in class (cash or Venmo).
Please wear comfortable, layered clothing for movement and changes in temperature.
Bring a yoga mat/pad/blanket for meditation (chairs are always available); notebook (or journal) and pen; lunch/snacks, water (we will take a lunch break mid-day on campus).
