May Theme: Tending Seeds
From Grateful Living...
If life is a gift, then seeds are the gift bearer. In all of their manifestations, seeds are gateways to abundance and belonging. When we hold, tend, and share them with reverence, as offerings for the world, we contribute to the cycles of renewal that make individuals and communities resilient. As they embody emergence, seeds invite us to cultivate generative capacities: intention, trust, and vulnerability. They invite us to value process – the act of cultivation – as much as intended outcome (recognizing that we do not have control over the outcome and that, in any case, the “outcome” is part of an ongoing process when placed in the context of a cycle).

Questions for Reflection and Discussion
o How does it feel when you tend seeds of possibility in your life?
o What seeds are nurtured by your grateful heart? How are seeds both a reflection and an extension of your gratitude, of your values, of the visions you have for your life and the world?
o What seeds are you tending in your life right now? What seeds might you be holding on to that would benefit from planting?
o What supports you in cultivating the seeds that would enliven your life and the world? What opportunities might you have to “clear weeds” – notice and release habits and/or ways of being and seeing – that will open up space to allow our seeds to take root and grow?
o How do seeds make you feel connected to all that lives and breathes? How might the possibilities you’re tending interweave with all that is?
o What feels possible when you embrace the seeds you’re gifted with in life as sacred offerings?
Grateful Gatherings is a group in which we share our love and passion for gratitude. If you know the power of gratitude – or you want to know it – and you want to talk about it, learn about it, and grow with other like-minded gratitude folks…then this is the place for you.
Gratitude changes everything, and so does the power of collective intention. Each month, the Grateful Gatherings around the world explore and expand around a common gratitude related theme provided by Grateful Living. Don’t you just love when our Inner Work makes the world a better place too?!
Join us monthly as we connect and grow in gratitude!
This event is free.
Facilitated by Karin Cross.
