Step into the New Year with clarity, release, and a lighter spirit.
These 30-minute Shadow Work Reiki sessions are designed to help you break through the energetic places where you feel stuck, the emotional “rooms” you keep finding yourself trapped in, the patterns that repeat, the stories that no longer fit, and the fears that hold space where your power belongs.

Each session is intentionally focused on a personal shadow-work theme, such as:

• What needs to be released before the New Year
• Where energy feels blocked or stagnant
• Patterns that keep you small or hidden
• Old emotional clutter ready to be cleared
• Inner shadows asking to be seen, softened, or surrendered

These aren’t readings, they’re energy sessions devoted to emotional unbinding, grounding, and creating internal space so you can step forward without carrying what was never meant to come with you.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling Heavy, Drained, Stuck in a loop, Unsure of your next step, Ready for a fresh start but not sure how to get there.

What to expect:

• A brief intention-setting chat (1–2 minutes)
• A 30-minute Reiki session focused on your chosen shadow-work theme
• Quiet time afterward for grounding and integration
• Optional journaling prompts provided to take home

These sessions are a simple, accessible way to reset your energy, release emotional debris, and make room for a clearer, calmer version of you as the New Year unfolds.
