Heart Opening Circle (with Cacao Ceremony)
Opening the Heart to Love, being with the grief, pain, and loss of love in circle together. Celebrating this season and what it means to slow down and listen to the heart in us and in others. Honoring what's said and what's unsaid. Honoring the heart's tenderness and expansion.

What to Expect:
We will open the space with cacao, allowing the cacao to open the heart connections for what we're wanting to receive in the sacred space together.
We will welcome all in circle and go into a meditative light language journey, calling in sacred holding of the space.
There will be space for integration and sharing before closing the circle.
Come as you are. You are welcome to join us wherever you are on your journey. This is a space for honoring your heart and journey as sacred.
We will gather and join in a guided meditation and light language channeling. You can show up as you are for a soul medicine journey. Receiving the healing frequency of the light language to activate your healing codes of remembrance through your body and soul. Similar to a sound or shamanic journey where you receive through the body and release knowing through the mind.
We will have yoga mats set up and chairs available so you have space to lay down and receive or get up and move. This space is for your expression, healing, and expansion.
