Our signature sound bath returns to The Wellness Studio Ayr on Saturday, October 17th at 7:00 PM.
If you are ready to completely reset your nervous system and experience a deep mental clear-out and release physical tension, this space is for you.
If you want to access a flow state and become magnetic for attracting your manifestations then this space is for you!
We create a deeply immersive sound bath experience combining crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and ambient soundscapes to guide you into a state of deep, effortless meditation for deep relaxation and restoration.
