Sound Healing in Switzerland / Klangheilung in der Schweiz

At the start of the event, the group will determine whether it should be held in English or German.
Enjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience at a new location in Kreuzlingen (Lake Constance)! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centers) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of the sound bath is releasing blocked energy with percussion instruments. These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and you sense an inner peace.
Please register in advance with vibratuning@gmail.com and pay CHF 35 with Twint or cash at the door (max. of 8 people). Please bring your own mat, blanket, and a pillow. Sound Baths will be on one Friday every month.

Description: It’s never too late to find and love your voice! We’ll use the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether to develop your holistic speaking and singing voice. You’ll also learn how to tone (sing vowel sounds) on special harmonic frequencies and work with Biosonics therapeutic tuning forks to activate your powers of self-healing. No previous experience required.
