Sarina Shrestha was born into the world of sound healing and has been surrounded by its energy her entire life. The daughter of Suren and Ruby Shrestha, she grew up learning the power of vibration and holistic wellness. Sarina has just graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Psychology and Business while also working with her family’s business, Now n Zen, to develop, expand, and diversify a business that sells holistic tools to the world. As she continues to learn and grow as a Atma Buti sound and vibrational therapy practitioner, Sarina is excited to share her healing gifts in a special concert to benefit Soul Medicine, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to wellness and healing.
Join Sarina Shrestha as she leads the Friend’s of Atma Buti sound bath relaxation accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells and more. Integrate the vibration of Himalayan sound healing at our Atma Buti School.
Please bring a blanket or pillow for your comfort. Yoga mats will be provided.
Doors will open at 6:45 pm.
Proceeds from all concerts will benefit the Soul Medicine 501c3 orphanage foundation of Nepal.

Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls Level 1 with Maria Pertile
One & Two Bowl Therapy Techniques
Cost: $594 (Includes Tuition & Manual. Lunch is not included!)

Prerequisite: None required.

Level 1 Sound Healing Course is designed as an introduction to the practice of sound therapy. In this course, you will explore the background into Himalayan Singing bowls. You will discover the use of the bowls in sound therapy. You will also have the opportunity to explore using the bowls according to the Himalayan and Vedic Chakra systems. The use of other sound instruments such as the Tingsha will be demonstrated and practiced. The overall goal of this introductory course is to give you the ability to use vibrational healing modalities with clients in a supportive and therapeutic manner.

Ever since she can remember, Maria’s passion has always been movement. As she journeyed from group fitness to pilates, to yoga and holistic healing there is so much to learn and it brings her great joy to share any knowledge she acquires with all of her students and clients.
As a graduate of the Atma Buti Soul Medicine Sound and Vibrational School Teacher Training program, April 2016 – Maria is proud and excited to share the knowledge that has learned from Suren Shrestha and the Atma Buti® School. Maria recently spent 19 days in Nepal studying the Cosmology of Shamanism and is excited to explore how connection with spirit relates to our playing of the singing bowls. Maria has been blessed to be able to offer private and group sound healing sessions on a regular basis and feels so lucky to be doing a job that does not feel like work at all!

Level 2 – Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls with Maria Pertile
Intermediate Level- 7 Bowl Therapy Techniques

Cost: $999 (Includes Tuition & Manual. Lunch is not included!)

Prerequisites: Students wishing to take Level 2 must have previously completed Level 1.
​In the Level 2 Sound Healing Course we will explore traditional Chakra Bowl Healing techniques using 4, 7, 8 and tranquility bowls in a therapeutic setting. In this course, we will expand upon the skills you have begun to acquire from Level 1. We will explore the Chakra system in greater detail and music theory will be discussed as we explore the concept of the Cycle of Fifths in relationship to the use of the 7 singing bowls. We will practice the series of 7 bowls and lay them out according to the Chakra system of the body. Bowls will be placed around and on the body. Mantras and chants will be practiced to correspond to the sound vibrational frequencies associated with each Chakra. With our intention and reverence for the life of all sentient beings, we will discuss and practice creating a sacred space for those receiving this vibrational therapy. We will explore the topic of puja and how offerings and space clearing can be performed with the singing bowl or bell. We will also discuss techniques and methods regarding how to conduct a sound healing meditation concert.
