Welcome Light Beings!
My name is Michael and I've put this group together to promote and encourage the use of healing instruments for sound therapy.
I am a member of Singing Ring Australia and primarily use the superior Japanese made Singing Ring® sound bowls for healing and therapy at regular group meditations and also private sessions under my business name Supersonic Harmonics.

I understand that these times may not be appropriate for everyone so I am very open to facilitating self-organized / private group sessions at a different time and venue at request.
Singing Ring® healing instrument has been studied by top research universities and shown the 'full harmonic overtones' they produce to be highly effective in entraining our brainwaves into a predominantly Alpha & Theta state - the state our brainwaves are in when we meditate, when we reach higher inner awareness and become deeply connected to our subconscious. Hosted by Helena of Evergreen Studio, alongside sound alchemists Jodie of Jodie Yamada, Stillness Through Sound and Michael of Supersonic Harmonics, this intimate gathering is designed to help you soften, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself.### What to Expect
We’ll begin with a guided moment of stillness and gentle intention setting ritual, allowing you to slow your thoughts and arrive fully in the present. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing experience, where layers of sound and vibration help calm the nervous system and bring a sense of ease back into the body. We’ll close the evening with a warm herbal tea, giving you a moment to ground before easing back into your night.

Fee is $20 cash at the door, hand written or emailed receipts are available on request. There is no need to book at the moment while numbers are quite low. Please bring a yoga mat and comfies, there are plenty of pillows provided at the hall. Note this is a laying meditation on a wooden studio dance floor.
