We are so glad you found us! This group is a sanctuary for anyone in and around Loughborough who is curious about or already in love with the transformative power of sound healing.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are "bathed" in the rich, resonant tones of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. You lie back, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations to wash over you - melting away stress, quieting a busy mind, and restoring a deep sense of inner calm.

Whether you are completely new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, you are warmly welcome here. No experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to rest.
