Using Sound to deal with Conflicts and Challenges in Relationships, Health, Wealth, World Changes, and Sensitivities to Noise and Loud Sounds

We will be learning and practicing multiple techniques on how to use sound to find that place of deep peace and calmness within -- no matter what is going on around you

The key is to learn to resonate a frequency of complete peace and stillness inside, while riding the waves of energy and emotion on the outside. Basically, being at peace on the inside, and present with the world on the outside.

We will practice states of awareness and consciousness and resonate them with sound to make them even stronger. These include presence, tuning into your Soul, doing gratitude, compassion, love and Oneness with all.

This class will help you deal with any challenge, whether a major disaster or a minor conflict with someone. Imagine... not only holding peace and stillness inside in the midst of a challenge or conflict, but even going to a higher state of consciousness where you have more resources to deal with the issue.
