Saturday is looking glorious. Upper 60s! So let's burn off some Winter insulation and have fun, enjoy some nature again with hiking/disc golfing. I plan to play all 18 holes, but you can drop out after 9 as you like.

You don't have to throw discs if just want to hike and be social. You can just hike the course with us as we play. That said, rules will be taught as needed. All levels are welcome, including brand new players. You might just practice a bit with a regular yard disc at home to get a bit more ready. Just keep in mind disc golf uses specially designed discs.

A few extra discs will be provided, but if we get more than 4 (besides the organizer), consider dropping by a local disc golf store and ask for a beginner driver, mid-range and putter. You can get by with just a driver and putter to spend $35 or less before tax, $50 or less if all 3. Just avoid the most expensive ones and ask for lower end but still durable plastic/not the cheapest.

Bring your own sunscreen and food and we can picnic back at the parking lot area after 18 holes. I'd look to start at 1 PM on Saturday. Gameplay should last between 2-3 hours with beginners.
