(PAID event) Sounds Like Reflections 1: What We Left Behind in 2024 + Sound Bath

Kick off the new year with us at Sounds Like a Sharing Space, a supportive community by Infinivii where we come together to reflect, share our stories, and connect over themes that matter.

For our first event, the theme is "What We Left Behind in 2024". We’ll take time to reflect on the experiences, habits, or challenges we’re choosing to release as we step into 2025. This is an opportunity to share what no longer serves us and to support each other in letting go of the past to make space for new growth and possibilities.

I’ll guide the discussion, but everyone’s voice is valued, and we encourage open, heartfelt exchanges. Whether it’s a personal story, a lesson learned, or something you’re leaving behind for your own well-being, this is a space to be heard and supported.

We’ll close the evening with a Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations help us ground, release, and find peace after our reflections.

Hi, Vee here! I'm the facilitator of the Sounds Like Reflections sessions and the founder of Infinivii. A third-culture kid and former police officer, I’m currently a full-time certified sound healing practitioner and coach, specializing in helping individuals navigate people-pleasing behavior and build healthy, authentic relationships with themselves and others.

Through my own struggles with mental health, deep personal reflection and interactions with individuals from all walks of life, I’ve learned how essential it is to heal from within, find our true voice, and create nourishing connections. As such, I'm happy to create this safe space where we can support each other, share our stories, and learn from our collective experiences :)
